Commercial Energy Performance Certificate:

EPC's are required for Commercial Properties in England and Wales when they are new build, sold or leased.

These commercial properties include:
• Retail Units
• Shops
• Industrial Units
• Commercial Property
• Hotels
• Rental Property

Commercial and Industrial buildings will require an inspection by an approved Commercial Energy Assessor to calculate the energy ratings of the property.
